Alan D. Langerak, MD

Dr. Langerak received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Tempe, where he graduated summa cum laude, and his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He fulfilled an internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Arizona Cancer Center.

Dr. Langerak is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, Tulsa County Medical Society and the Oklahoma State Medical Association.
