Cancer Care Associates pays a majority of the medical plan premium for employees and dependents. Basic Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, STD, and LTD are paid 100% by CCA for employee coverage.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may use flexible spending accounts to direct a portion of pre-tax salary to pay for un-reimbursed Medical and Dependent Care expenses.
Retirement Options
401k plan: CCA provides a 401k plan for its employees. Employees are eligible to participate after working six months and 1000 hours. CCA matches 100% for the first 3%, and additionally provides a profit sharing contribution of up to 5% annually.
